Every RV trip comes with surprises — some good, some mechanical. A well-stocked tool kit can save you time, money, and stress when the unexpected happens.

• RVs combine plumbing, electrical, automotive, and structural systems — something will need attention.
• Being prepared means you can often fix minor issues yourself, even in remote areas.

• Screwdrivers (Phillips & flathead)
• Adjustable wrench
• Pliers (needle nose and regular)
• Socket set
• Allen wrenches

• Multimeter or voltage tester
• Wire cutters/strippers
• Spare fuses and bulbs
• Teflon tape (for water line connections)
• Hose clamps and spare hose washers

• Duct tape
• Zip ties
• Super glue or epoxy
• Sealant or silicone caulk

• Headlamp or flashlight
• Work gloves
• Utility knife
• Level (bubble or digital)

Keep your kit in a labeled, compact container and store it in an easily accessible compartment. Check it before each long trip to restock used items.
