1. Inspect the Roof Regularly- Check for cracks, soft spots, or signs of water damage.
- Reseal seams and edges at least once a year with RV-safe sealant.
- Check tire pressure before every trip.
- Inspect for wear, cracks, and dry rot.
- Replace tires every 5–7 years, regardless of tread.
- Sanitize the fresh water tank every few months.
- Drain and clean black and gray tanks regularly using RV-friendly chemicals.
- Change oil and filters per manufacturer's schedule.
- Run it monthly for 30–60 minutes under load to prevent issues from inactivity.
- Inspect water levels in lead-acid batteries monthly.
- Clean terminals and ensure full charge before storage.
- Grease slide-outs, hinges, jacks, and stabilizers to prevent wear.
- Keep awning arms and stairs moving smoothly with dry lube.
- Replace cracked or dried seals to keep water out.
- Lube window tracks and locks as needed.
- Replace engine, cabin, and A/C air filters as recommended.
- Change water filters seasonally or after heavy use.
- Check smoke, propane, and CO detectors monthly.
